Terms and Conditions (.ir), Appendix 3: Registration Fee

1. Domain Registration
   Domain registrations are only for one-year or five-year periods.
2. Domain Renewal
   It is possible to renew a domain any time provided the date to which the registration is extended is not more than six years from the renewal date. The Holder, Administrative, or Billing contact can initiate a renewal request in the Administrative Contact panel. Alternatively, a reseller may initiate such a request, but the request has to be approved in the Administrative Contact panel. 3. Domain Transfer
   The Transfer Fee is 72,000 Iranian Rials if the new address is in Iran and €10 if the new address is foreign (one unit for resellers). The new holder will be entitled to the continued application of the fee already paid until its expiration.

The following rates are effective as of 21 May 2008. They apply to domains registered directly with IRNIC and are subject to change with a one-month notice.
